Private Real Estate Advisor on the Costa del Sol.
I have lived here on the Costa del Sol for 26 years. In that time I have helped a great many people buy or sell a property — from someone looking for their first home to investors who have never set foot in Spain.
What I do is simple: I help you see the market as it really is, without the runaround. I check the property to make sure it is clean — no traps, no debts — and I work with my network of legal and official contacts, lawyers, notaries and the town hall, so the whole process is safe from start to finish. I also have collaboration agreements with agents across Spain, so if what you are looking for is not on the Costa del Sol, I can still help you find it.
I don’t leave you on your own at any step. And above all: I talk to you honestly, even when that honesty means telling you not to buy, or not to sell.
